We are able to offer In-person support and freephone access to our services at various Community Access Points across Cheshire West and Chester.
We offer in-person support to help access our services. Advice is by pre booked appointment through an adviser. Our freephones provide direct dial access to our Adviceline telephone service, Help to Claim (Universal Credit) service and Community Connectors.
In addition you can get advice by email, by calling our Adviceline on 0808 2787 806, using our online resources at Citizens Advice or by webchat.
