As a new addition to our Heating Bank service we are offering free and impartial energy efficiency advice with all applications to help with energy usage and costs this winter.
As part of your application we have/will ask you to consent to receive a call from our Energy Team. We will text beforehand to arrange a suitable time to call.
The purpose of the call is to discuss how your household can save money on energy costs this winter. If more in depth advice is needed, you can request to be referred to our Energy Advice Specialists.
Our energy advice is free, impartial and confidential. Uur team offers an in-depth advice service including home visits, telephone advice calls and email advice for help with problems such as issues with bills, supplier issues, grant applications, mould problems, insulation amongst other energy related solutions.
