From Monday 19th February 2024, each client on their first contact with us will complete a short assessment in order to explore their issue, identify emergencies and consider next steps

Next steps of advice could include:

  • phone or in-person appointments
  • guidance with self-help resources
  • referrals to Citizens Advice specialist services
  • signposting or referrals to local services for specific issues
