Community Access Points (CoAPs) reduce the need for clients to travel to town centres and make it easier for them to get the help they need locally.  All the CoAPs will differ slightly in what they offer, but all will be able to connect people quickly and easily to our adviceline, advice by email service, face to face advisers and Community Connectors.

We are currently piloting the first 6 CoAPs and working on the next 15. We hope, eventually, to have them operating in around 80 local venues across Cheshire West, with at least one in every ward.

As CoAPs become operational we will update our map with the relevant contact details and services available at each venue.

If you have a suggestion for a venue which would be suitable as a CoAP or your organisation would be interested in getting involved email liz.dickinson@citizensadvicecw.org.uk
