Our volunteers help people in a variety of ways – online, email, face to face or over the phone. Some roles support people to find information and take action themselves, others involve advisers helping clients with a specific issue such as completing a benefits form, helping with debts or switching energy providers.
No prior experience is required as full training is provided and there is always support at hand from our experienced specialist team of paid staff.
