After carefully considering the developments with the new Omicron variant of Covid, we are sorry that we’ve had to take the decision to suspend our in-person advice until further notice.

We are doing this to protect our staff and volunteers, so they can still deliver help on the phone and by email. Keeping our in-person services risks our staff and volunteers getting Covid, which could mean our services having to close completely.

We are also protecting our clients, reducing the need to travel into our offices for advice.

We will review this on 04 January and give an update via the website.
